Porterhouse: 32+ ounces of aged PRIME beef, bone-in grilled to perfection

New York Strip: Bone-in 22-24 ounces, chargrilled

Filet: 8 ounce PRIME beef, wet aged

Rack of Lamb: New Zealand rack large enough for 2

Jumbo Gulf Fried Shrimp: hand-breaded gulf shrimp, wild caught, served with house made tartar sauce & cocktail sauce


Smoked Ribeye: 22 ounces, house smoked, served to perfection

Pork Chop: 22+ ounce Double Bone Heritage Grade Cheshire pork, grilled to perfection

Fresh Farrell Island Salmon chargrilled with lemon dill butter

Prawns & Scallops: broiled in Cilantro lime butter
